"Pair Screen" Troubleshooting


To all of our loyal customers and furry friends, it has come to our attention that some of you may encounter a certain bug when opening the Pumpkii app where it asks to "pair" again. There is no need to wait to get home and reset Pumpkii, logging out and logging back into your account should help bring you back to the "start" page.

We sent out an email and this is an ongoing bug fix we are working on and hope to release another update soon!
